Of course! The SDA, the largest trade union in Australia and one which I’m a member of (although I’ve been planning to leave, I just haven’t bothered yet… one day) is completely representative of its membership.

I’m sure its membership oppose stem cell research[1], and oppose gay unions[2]. Totally.
